DJI Matrice 400A enterprise drone has passed FCC certification and is expected to be released in advance

178

The DJI Matrice 400A enterprise drone has been certified by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in the United States, indicating that this drone may be released earlier than expected. According to FCC certification documents, the Matrice 400A is equipped with a battery capacity of 977Wh, which is consistent with the information leaked in January of this year. The pictures provided by FCC also show that the drone may use a metal processed battery compartment, but the specific design details are not yet clear.

DJI products are usually released within two months after passing FCC certification, so Matrice 400A is expected to be launched in April. The previously exposed SDR module list also supports this timeline, indicating that DJI may be conducting international testing in preparation for global release. In addition, the structure of Matrice 400A is similar to that of M350, with a heavier body and an expected payload capacity of about 10 kilograms, far higher than M350's 2.7 kilograms.
